Refund policy

We want shopping with us to feel simple and stress-free, so please take a moment to review our returns policy before placing your order.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for an online store credit only within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags are attached
  • Items are returned in original condition

Online store credit will be issued once we receive and approve your return which can be used on any future purchase. Online store credit does not expire.

Please note: Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes items discounted by more than 10%.

Exchanges

At this time, we’re unable to offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, you’re welcome to place a new order once your store credit has been issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products and want to make this right. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hi@dozydreams.com.au with

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
